We only process data necessary to operate our core functionality and do not use your data for unrelated commercial resale purposes.

3. OAuth Tokens: Storage and Security
When you connect your social media account, we receive OAuth access tokens that allow us to retrieve authorized public statistics and refresh performance data.
These tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Tokens are decrypted only temporarily when required for API calls, performance refresh, or background synchronization. Tokens are never exposed to other users, brands, or third parties. They are stored within secure backend infrastructure protected by restricted access controls.
Token storage is necessary to maintain up-to-date engagement metrics, validate account ownership, power influencer discovery tools, and ensure continuous campaign tracking. Without storing tokens securely, these services would not function.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data.
  • Our database is hosted on MongoDB Atlas and secured through strict authentication controls, IP allowlisting, and role-based access control (RBAC). Direct public access is restricted, and all connections require authorized credentials.
  • The application is deployed on Amazon EC2 within a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) using private subnets to ensure network isolation. Security groups and firewall rules restrict traffic to approved sources only. Monitoring and logging are configured via Amazon CloudWatch with a 14-day log retention period.
  • We implement encryption at rest for sensitive data and TLS encryption for data in transit, along with API rate limiting, JWT authentication, role-based access control, internal permission restrictions, audit logging, and continuous security monitoring. Redis is used for session management with automatic expiration, supported by fraud detection and proactive monitoring systems.

5. Background Refresh and Data Synchronization
When you authorize social platform access, we periodically refresh public statistics such as follower count, engagement metrics, and campaign performance data. Refresh intervals depend on platform API limitations and compliance requirements. These background updates allow IQLIQ to maintain accurate influencer rankings, brand dashboards, and analytics tools.

6. Who Can See Your Information

Access to information on IQLIQ is limited and role-based.

Influencer public statistics may be visible within the IQLIQ dashboard to authorized brands, agencies, and verified sellers for collaboration purposes. These parties can view analytics inside the platform interface but cannot access raw API tokens, export bulk datasets, scrape profiles, or retrieve private content.

Brand and seller profiles may be visible to influencers for collaboration review and partnership opportunities. User account information remains private and accessible only to the account holder and authorized support personnel when necessary.

IQLIQ does not provide open database access or public data export functionality.
